Wepairs provides a 12-month repair warranty on qualifying repairs. This page explains what that warranty covers and how to ask us to inspect a possible warranty issue.
What is covered
The warranty covers a defect in the part fitted by Wepairs and the workmanship involved in the repair. If the same fault returns during the warranty period and it relates to the work we carried out, bring the device back so we can inspect it and put the covered repair right.
What is not covered
The repair warranty does not cover new accidental damage, new or continuing liquid damage, misuse, faults unrelated to the repair we carried out, or damage caused by another repair or alteration after our work.
Services where an outcome cannot be guaranteed
Water-damage treatment and data recovery are assessment-led services. Because the condition of damaged components and storage cannot be known in advance, we cannot guarantee a successful outcome for those services. The team will explain the position before work begins.
How to make a claim
Contact or visit the Wepairs store that carried out the repair. Bring the device and your repair receipt or booking reference if available. The team must inspect the device to confirm whether the reported fault is related to the warranted part or workmanship.
What happens next
If inspection confirms a covered warranty issue, we will re-perform the covered repair without an additional repair charge. If the problem is unrelated or excluded, we will explain the diagnosis and any proposed cost before carrying out further work.
Your statutory rights
This repair warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights. It does not exclude or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
