I wanted to buy the xbox one x they had in store for £250, I wanted an extra control and at least 1 game as I have the 360 that's failing and couldn't get the new series x. When enquiring which games they had I was told to hurry!!!! What! During the lockdown when the only business they can do is on the phone and they told me to hurry! Wow they lost a good sale! I would have bought it that day because I didn't think I'd get the new console till mid next year but now thanks to their incompetence and the extra cash I have thanks to them that i put towards it I have a series x for dec 2nd at a slightly inflated price 😊 so tough they will never sell that xbox now 🤣. If I was boss and my staff lost me good sales like that I would be livid!!!!!! But thanks in a way cos I didn't waste money

Great value. Repaired port on iPhone. I have also had screen repairs in the past and bought a replacement handset for my daughter. Highly recommend!

Took phone in for a simple screen repair and battery replacement. when picking up the phone after the repair the finger print sensor was no longer working and they denied any mistake. After checking cctv I was unable to prove they were in the wrong so I’m now stuck with an ‘unfixable’ problem. Avoide at all costs if you want a reliable fix and not new problem with your phone then you had before. 1 star.

I had a soldering repair I needed done, I went to several places in Romford _ Maplins,useless. SCS computers, worse than useless and a couple of key/shoe repairers, who don't do soldering but have a soldering iron on their bench's? Anyway showed the young lad in this shop, and he kindly accepted the challenge, and told me to give him an hour to do it, which he did, and he didn't want to charge me, but I insisted, and gave him a tip for a drink. CHEERS.

I got told elsewhere that my laptop was beyond repair, so then tried Gadget Exchange as a last resort and was really impressed at how fast and efficiently they repaired it. And great customer service. I noticed they have really good deals and bargains on some games and consoles so will defo come back again. Defo recomend this place
