I had a great experience at this store. Arif at the front desk was very friendly and helpful when I dropped off my PS5. He listened carefully to the issue I was having, noted everything down, and kept me reassured that I would be contacted with updates. Later on, Yusuf the technician called me regarding the repair and was also very professional and clear in explaining what had been done. He confirmed the console had been thoroughly cleaned and gave honest advice about what to do if the issue persists in the future. Overall, both Arif and Yusuf provided excellent customer service and I felt well looked after throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them.

We bought a phone from them today and he was so kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. Arif made everything really easy and took the time to answer all our questions without rushing us. The phone was in perfect condition and we’re really happy with it. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back again!

I experienced some issues with my iOS because my phone froze while I was updating the software at home. I felt very anxious when it displayed an error, as I feared I might lose my data since the iOS update wasn’t completing. Fortunately, I visited the Gadget Romford store, where Yusuf, the technician, resolved the problem for me. Both Aarif and Hisham were also very helpful. I would give the Gadcet Romford store staff a 5-star rating and extend my heartfelt thanks to them.
