Gadget shop is honestly the best. I’ve always come here to buy or repair my phones / devices. They have always been so helpful and provided a great service. Ams and the team went above & beyond to help me get my very old outdated phone (which I dropped in water while on hol) back on so I could transfer the data over to my new refurb phone (which I purchased from them) even though it took so long as we had to wait for the reset 🙈 they had so much patience and professionalism. Bad experience have been going to the shop for the past 2 days to get my phone fixed and buy a new phone. I asked to see my chats on the new device l wanted to buy and the guy started wiping off my Data yet for the past 24 hours have been trying to back up to my device and new device. The past 2 days has been telling me to come in the morning to pay for Klarna and nothing was done. Wasted 2 days going back and forth to this shop. Only because he wants to finish his shift he is not being kind and even giving me what l asked for. Very rude. Not a place to be

I pủchased my gaming laptop from ebay a second hand one, it started to over heat so i took it to gácet to get it cleaned, àter cleaning it the laptop screen ưent all fuzzy, now i was very upset snd got into dispute with the staff at gadcet, they had told me that i was a mahcine that had already been worked on but unlucky for them it messed up in there hands. They took full responsibility on the problem and literally gave me £410 discount on one of there products and i was very happy to accept it. Yes i also took some hit but i fully indersfand thaf this problem should never accour just from cleaning. I really appreciate it thaf we came to a solution thaf i am also happy with.

My partner had some broken sunglasses which required a very small screwdriver to repair. We came into Gadcet and asked on the off chance they would have said screwdriver as it was a Sunday and any repair shops were closed. Luckily one of the technicians was able to fix the sunglasses and we were very grateful they took the time to help us. Thank you so much for the assistance, it was very kind and much appreciated! 10/10!

I had a great experience at this store. Arif at the front desk was very friendly and helpful when I dropped off my PS5. He listened carefully to the issue I was having, noted everything down, and kept me reassured that I would be contacted with updates. Later on, Yusuf the technician called me regarding the repair and was also very professional and clear in explaining what had been done. He confirmed the console had been thoroughly cleaned and gave honest advice about what to do if the issue persists in the future. Overall, both Arif and Yusuf provided excellent customer service and I felt well looked after throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them.

Amazing service Arif was gave us great service from this gadget store! We bought a phone from them today and he was so kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. Came in to get my MacBook screen fixed and they got it sorted in less than two hours. Also sold an old laptop to them for cash and they were very fair with their dealings. Man at the counter was very nice too, this place is run by good people.
